Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the MyRuns platform, including its web tools, connected RFID services, operational dashboards, and related support capabilities. By accessing or using the service, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Service Scope
MyRuns provides software tools for asset visibility, RFID tracking, operational monitoring, reporting, and related business workflows. The available modules may vary depending on the subscription, configuration, and permissions assigned to each customer account.
2. Account Access
Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity performed through their account. Shared credentials, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass security controls are not permitted.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not compromise platform integrity, data quality, or availability. Misuse includes introducing malicious content, attempting to extract unauthorized data, overloading the service, or interfering with other tenants.
4. Customer Data
The customer remains responsible for the legality, accuracy, and relevance of the data entered into the platform, including device metadata, installation configuration, imported files, and operational records. MyRuns processes this information to deliver the contracted service.
5. Availability and Changes
MyRuns may perform maintenance, updates, security improvements, or feature adjustments when required for service continuity and product evolution. Reasonable efforts will be made to minimize disruption, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
6. Limitation of Use
The platform supports operational decision-making, but it does not replace the customer’s own internal validation, stock procedures, or security controls. Customers must review critical actions and reports before using them as the sole basis for physical or financial decisions.
7. Suspension or Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated in the event of non-compliance, security risk, abusive use, or contractual breach. MyRuns may also restrict access when needed to protect platform stability, customer data, or legal compliance.
